Ability to adjust is awesome
I love being able to adjust this chair in so many ways, it makes it easy to fit the chair to my needs. It fits me well, tho I am only 5' 3", my feet sit level on the floor, which is a first. The cushions are thick, I do wish they had a soft layer. It is the best office chair I have owned.
