Not just a chair purchase - a totally great experience!
If you are looking for extended use comfort and durability - this is the chair to get. All the advertised attributes of the chair are true. Read the description and watch the video - the manufacturer has taken no shortcuts or used any cheap parts in the making of this product (manufactured in USA). High quality and long-term, extended-use reliability are built into these chairs. From the contoured, foam filled seat, to the lumbar support, and on to the versatile adjust-ability - all these combine to create a superior seating experience. I chose a fabric upholstery option that appears very tough and durable while retaining a soft feeling. These are custom made with selected options so there is a bit of a wait but the quality and longevity of the product should far outweigh the cost and short-term wait. There was a problem during shipping and I received immediate assistance from the Office Chairs On Sale staff (Jennifer Hamilton). She worked with the manufacturer (ERA) to expeditiously resolve the problem. Many thanks to her and this company for standing behind the product and for their outstanding customer service. I'm very happy with this purchase and with the seller!
